Low Cost Counselling

Our low-cost counselling service makes professional emotional support more accessible, with sessions available for £25. Counselling is provided by selected Advanced Trainee Counsellors who have completed at least one year of counselling skills training and are studying towards a recognised professional qualification. Each trainee is insured, supervised and supported by our clinical team. You will receive a confidential, compassionate space to explore whatever is troubling you, without judgement or pressure. Low-cost counselling is available to adults at the Raylor Centre in York.
